What are OKRs?

OKRs refer to Objectives and Key Results, a quarterly approach to setting goals that involves two distinct elements:

  1. An Objective, which outlines a qualitative improvement you aim to achieve.

  2. Key Results, which are measurable outcomes that determine whether or not you have attained your Objective.

In addition to these components, Initiatives and Weekly Check-ins are also essential aspects of the OKR framework. Initiatives refer to the projects and plans you implement to reach your Objectives, while Weekly Check-ins enable you to monitor progress and plan for upcoming activities.
